At Star Parking Systems, we know what a hotel requires for event valet parking or a full management contract program. We recognize there is no “assembly line” approach to providing exceptional customer service for our hotel clients or the individual needs and culture developed within their management system.
To meet these unique demands, we have formed a separate training system within our company with the sole responsibility of servicing clients within the hotel industry. We created the Operating Partner program, promoting and training from within our ranks a single individual who receives both a base salary and incentives to operate the hotel’s valet and parking operations as if it were his/her own company. This allows Star Parking Systems to pay special attention to even the most tedious details, while allowing us to focus on absolute customer satisfaction - identifying and exceeding our customers’ needs. Our company provides back office support to the Operating Partner for human resources, payroll, accounting and claims administration, but still allowing the Operating Partner to devote 100% of their time to on-site service and operations.
We combine our in-house training programs with management training from companies like Franklin Covey’s Leadership and Training, AAA Five-Diamond program. Depending on the type and size of property, we will send the Operating Partner to be professionally certified by the American Hotel & Lodging Association. Star Parking Systems is a proud to be member of the National Valet Parking Management Association and regularly participates in additional quality training programs and best practices standards.
We are proficient in revenue management, parking management and transient billing for hotel operations offering management fee contracts, guaranteed lease agreements and quasi-lease agreements. |
